We delivered a fully operational, on premises Artificial Intelligence Proof of Concept for King Faisal Specialist Hospital, one of the most advanced and largest hospital systems in the Middle East. The solution was deployed entirely within the hospital’s local infrastructure, meeting strict requirements for data residency, security and full local control.

Our PoC introduced an AI based compliance and safety monitoring system that integrated directly with the hospital’s existing CCTV network. The system recognized staff outfits and protective equipment in real time and provided operational dashboards, reporting and analytics — all processed inside the hospital network without external cloud services.

The PoC ran continuously and successfully over several months, and the hospital expressed strong satisfaction with both the technical outcome and the collaboration model. According to discussions documented at the time, our PoC was the only one that reached full operational functionality among multiple international vendors evaluated.

Based on the proven success of the earlier deployment, the hospital later reached out to us again and requested a new proposal to expand the solution into a broader AI platform covering additional medical, operational and analytical use cases.
